Are there contracts?
No. You're month to month. Cancel whenever it stops paying for itself.
What counts as a call?
Any call Solvoy picks up and handles for you. Wrong numbers, robocalls, and hang-ups under ten seconds don't count toward your band.
What if my call volume grows past my band?
Nothing gets cut off and no surprise overage lands on your card. We flag it and move you to the next band at the start of the following month.
Do I need new equipment?
No hardware, no new app, no new number. You forward the line you already advertise.
How does the Custom plan scale?
Above 85 calls a day we quote based on your actual volume. The floor is $1,997/mo and the price steps up with call count so you're never paying for capacity you don't use — and we're never subsidizing a high-volume shop at a low-volume price.
